In this intimate venue housed within historic walls, the atmosphere itself transports you to new heights as you savour the pleasures of one astounding dish after the next. With meticulous precision, intrepid chef René unites all of the ingredients that unfurl as one; inspired by the grace and gimmick-free nature of Nordic cuisine, he brings ingredients to the plate which impress with their clarity—and delight with their remarkable history.

And there’s always a surprise in the offing from the kitchen and the wine cellar, 6 metres underground. This is where we hunt out our personal treasures, and pair them with every dish. By the glass or by the bottle. We are always delighted to tell you more about the winemaker and the terroir – even the tales of how we discovered our wines is a story worth telling.
