We serve our hotel guests a 5-course Alpine dinner in the Courthouse dining room or on the garden terrace. Local, regional, and soul-warmingly good. Our kitchen team draw their inspiration from seasonal produce, simply because that’s when it tastes best. Vegetables from our own farms just a few metres away, garden lettuce, wild herbs. Tomatoes ripened in the sun. All prepared with love, to create sumptuous, timeless dishes. A mouthwatering consommé, a succulent roast, a creative dessert, served with a smile – and if you decide to stay a day or two longer, we’ll be delighted.
