During the Eisacktaler Kost gourmets event - South Tyrol’s oldest culinary speciality week - you can spend three evenings in three different haute-cuisine traditional Stube restaurants, including the tradtional restaurant with new style, the "fink" in Bressanone, savouring authentic traditional dishes and a superb fine-dining menu paired with the perfect wines.
