If so, come and join us for an aperitif in our historic wine cellar to meet René Tschager in person, learn about his philosophy and hear about his challenges. This meeting of culinary minds is accompanied by beautifully-balanced wines and a stimulating exchange.
The meet & greet continues into the evening with a 4-course surprise menu of René Tschager’s “Basic” signature dishes to introduce you to his culinary style, while the following evening sparkles with the creativity and sublime perfection of a 5-course fine-dining menu.
