The meet & greet continues into the evening with a 4-course surprise menu of Rene Tschager’s “Basic” signature dishes to introduce you to his culinary style, while the following evening sparkles with the creativity and sublime perfection of a 5-course fine-dining menu in the atmospheric Defregger Stube dining room.
